Welcome to Good Meal! This document defines the terms of use for our mobile application and website. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Provisions

Good Meal is a platform that connects users with food establishments offering quality food with discount. We provide a technological solution for reducing food waste and ensuring access to quality food at favorable prices.

LLC "Good Meal" (identification code 45896298) is a legal entity registered in accordance with Ukrainian legislation that manages the Good Meal platform.

2. Registration and Personal Account

To use all the features of the Good Meal app, you need to create an account. When registering, you need to provide accurate information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account data and for all actions that occur in your account.

3. How to Place an Order

The ordering process through Good Meal consists of the following steps:

  1. Select a package offer from an establishment in the list of available offers.
  2. Go to the package description to book an order.
  3. Proceed to order processing and payment method.
  4. Receive order confirmation - a unique package number.

After placing an order, you will receive confirmation with your order details and a unique code for pickup.

4. Payment Methods

Good Meal offers the following payment methods:

  • Online payment - card payment through the mobile app. We use secure payment systems.

In case of online payment, funds are debited from your account immediately after order confirmation.

5. Order Pickup

Order pickup is done personally at the selected establishment at the time specified when ordering. When picking up an order:

  • Present the unique code from the Good Meal app to the establishment staff and indicate that the order has been received.
  • Rate the order in a short form after pickup.

It's important to arrive at the scheduled time. Establishments have the right to set limits on order storage time.

6. Order Cancellation and Refunds

Order cancellation conditions:

  • You can cancel an order free of charge 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Canceling an order less than 6 hours in advance may result in partial loss of funds according to the establishment's policy.
  • If you do not show up at the scheduled time without prior cancellation, funds are not refunded.

Refunds for online payments are made to the card from which the payment was made within 3 banking days.

7. Complaints and Appeals

If you have problems with your order, you can:

  • Contact Good Meal support through the app or email [email protected].
  • Leave a review about the establishment in the app after receiving your order.
  • In case of serious violations (fraud, deception, failure to fulfill obligations by the establishment) - please immediately contact our support team via email at [email protected]

We commit to reviewing your appeal within 3 business days, and appeals with serious violations within 24 hours.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes means your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are developed in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, including the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce", the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" and the Civil Code of Ukraine.
